How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, reach out to us at at info@bear-tees.com.

Shipping

We ship all our products to most of Europe. The goods will be shipped in 2-4 days after the payment has been received on our account as we operate on a 'print on demand' set up. In case of delayed delivery, we will inform you in due time. The standard shipping cost starts from 2.99 EUR for Europe.

Delivery times are between 2 and 8 days.

My delivery address is wrong, what can I do?
If you notice a mistake on your shipping address contact our customer support ASAP at info@bear-tees.com. Please note if your order has already been sent, unfortunately we will not be able to make any changes.

What payment options do you provide?
The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc.)
  • PayPal

Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel or change your order, please send an e-mail toinfo@bear-tees.comas soon as possible. We will make sure to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the order can be cancelled or changed.

Returns and refunds

Return process

We are an eco-friendly company, and as part of our zero-waste policy we print each item to order. Due to the nature of print on demand apparel, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is materially flawed, misprinted or defective. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, please consult our size guide before you purchase. We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are printed. 

If your items are materially flawed, misprinted or defective in any way, please contact us at info@bear-tees.com within 14 days from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a return or exchange. Please provide your order number and full name with all correspondence. 

The buyer/customer must bear all costs for return delivery himself.

Gift Cards or sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Condition of products

The goods must be returned unwashed, unworn with all labels and tags left attached. Bear Tees asks that you try the garment when you are not wearing fragrance, deodorant or make-up to avoid leaving marks or scent. Goods cannot be accepted if they are returned in any other condition.

My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with our Support Team, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package


If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office, get in touch with us at info@bear-tees.com with your order number.

If you found a mistake in your delivery address, we can arrange a replacement order, with an additional shipping cost.

I received an incorrect/damaged order

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@bear-tees.com within a week with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a fix as soon as possible.

How can I redeem vouchers/discount codes?

When you proceed to check out, you'll see an option to redeem a promo code. Enter your code there and proceed to payment.

Our customer service is happy to answer your questions from Monday-Friday at info@bear-tees.com.

We ask for your understanding that we do not provide customer service on weekends. If your request reaches us between Friday evening and Sunday evening, our customer service will start to work on your request next Monday. Please refrain from writing multiple e-mails during weekends as we will make sure to answer your request as soon as possible in the following business days.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  • The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.

Therefore Bear Tees reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
